It’s one of the best things that has ever happened to us. Yes, you read that right. Family trauma is the reason we are not overly attached to this human existence. It’s the reason we hunger for truth, crave healing, and have become the resilient beings we are today. It forced us, at early ages, to detach from the physical and material manifestations of spirit as our "home base." Because of family trauma, many of us now know: *We are not of this earth.* We are cosmic expressions of the divine—God, Goddess, the very fabric of creation itself, woven into the essence of who we are.
🧬🩸There are two types of families on this planet. The first is the family you’re born into—your blood relatives. These are the souls you contracted with to experience karmic lessons, clear debts, and finish business from past lives. These relationships are often messy, painful, and deeply transformative. They’re designed to help us evolve, especially for those of us who are old souls. We’ve lived countless lives, been many races, in many countries, under many belief systems. We’ve been healers, warriors, givers of life, and takers of life. We’ve incarnated on both sides of war, hatred, and love. This is what makes an old soul *old*—we’ve seen it all, done it all, and now we’re here to transcend it all.
The second type of family? Your *soul tribe.* This isn’t about blood—it’s about resonance. It’s about the frequency you broadcast from your innermost being. Your soul tribe sees you, understands you, and holds you accountable. They reflect the best in you and inspire you to grow. This is the family you *choose,* the one that aligns with the essence of your soul.
We’ve entered the Age of Aquarius, a time when we’re no longer tethered to the old rules of physical reality. There’s a deep yearning within us to connect with like-minded souls—cycle breakers, paradigm shifters, and those anchoring a new vibrational frequency on this planet. These are the ones doing the hard work: integrating their shadow selves, healing their wounded inner child, and intentionally creating their personality from a place of wholeness. If you’re committed to this work, you’ll attract not just your people, but your *whole family.*
😢For those of us who raised ourselves, who grew up in broken homes, or who survived the cracks of a fractured system, this work is especially vital. We didn’t have parents or caregivers who could give us their all because they, too, were fragmented by trauma. But here’s the difference: *We are the ones doing the work.* We’re not just desiring change—we’re putting it into motion. This is what separates the old earth from the new earth, the 3D matrix from the 5D consciousness and beyond.
🔥Through accessing the cosmic Akashic records, I’ve seen the soul contracts we’ve made. No matter how severe the abuse or pain, the purpose was always *ascension.*
Your ability to untether, to detach from the expectations of others, to stop living as a "normie" just to be accepted—this is the courage of authenticity. It’s the courage to shed masks, express your truth, and embrace the polarizing power of your family trauma. It was the catalyst that brought you here. Real shadow work teaches you this wisdom. And when you understand the purpose behind the pain, you’ll no longer be controlled by emotionally dysregulated behavior rooted in trauma. You’ll see the divine blueprint in your story.
